Free consultations and appointments scheduled through this website may be cancelled by visiting the cancellation link in your appointment confirmation email or by contacting support@rosebusinessbooks.com. Cancelled appointment records are retained for business and compliance purposes.
Appointment technology disclaimer
The appointment scheduling system is provided on an "as is" basis. Rose Business Books does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or performance of the scheduling technology. We are not responsible for scheduling errors, technical failures, or missed appointments due to technology issues. Payment terms and client agreements
Free consultations are provided at no charge and do not create a billing relationship. Paid bookkeeping services are offered following a consultation and are subject to a written Customer Agreement that will be provided and executed before any work begins. The Customer Agreement outlines all applicable payment terms, including monthly fees, billing cycles, payment methods, and refund policies specific to your engagement. Until you receive and sign a Customer Agreement, no charges will be incurred. By proceeding with paid services after consultation, you agree to the terms outlined in the Customer Agreement provided to you.
California business licensing
Rose Business Books is a licensed business operating in the State of California under an Elk Grove Business License. We provide bookkeeping support, business guidance, and financial process consulting. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting services unless expressly stated in a written engagement agreement. For tax, legal, or complex accounting matters, we recommend you consult with a qualified tax attorney, CPA, or accounting professional.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rose Business Books shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, the website, or any services provided. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other loss, even if Rose Business Books has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
